Ayana is an amazing young woman who aged out of foster care in NYC. She has been living in her NYCHA apartment for 4 years now. She is currently working toward her Bachelors Degree, and plans to pursue her Graduate Degree in Social Work. She aspires to work in the child welfare system to help other children and young adults succeed. She is also an entrepreneur, starting businesses both to help foster youth and around her passion for cooking. She is a staunch advocate for youth in foster care, linking them to resources and assisting with things like resume writing and career planning.

Ayana recently moved into an apartment after living in unsafe circumstances for years. She is so excited about her new space and neighborhood, but she will need to save up for furniture due to the expense of the move itself. Her living room is completely empty at this time and she has her eye on two chairs from Wayfair. These two chairs would be very helpful for Ayana because it would provide seating arrangements for herself and family whom she moved to be closer to.
