Elara just moved into her new placement and is starting to settle in with her foster parents and her sisters. Elara would love to have some fun new toys that will help her grow and develop into a strong and smart girl! Elara doesn't have any toys in her placement yet and would love to get her hands on some colorful new gadgets or books!
Elara is 4 years old and lives in GA
Elara is the youngest of a sibling group of 3. She is adorable and has such a huge smile. She adores her older siblings and loves to mimic them when they clap or dance.
