A bike for Andrew to ride to school this year

Andrew just started at a brand new school this year. The school is closer to his house therefore he no longer is offered bussing. He would love to have a bike that he can ride to school each day and get to class on time!
Andrew is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Andrew is a quiet young man. He loves video game, has a kind heart and is very thoughtful. Andrew is a good student in school but loves the summer time better. When he is not playing video games, he does like to work with his hands and build things like bird houses.
