Jayme's children are the light of her life, and she is so happy to finally have a family after aging out of care and being on her own for so long. She and her husband work really hard to provide for their family, but this month they are having some financial struggles. Jayme is hoping to take a shopping trip to Meijer and get some healthy groceries and essentials for her kids, like socks, undergarments, soap, and shampoo. This wish will help Jayme stock her fridge, pantry, and her children's dressers with everything they need.

Jayme's time in foster care was very difficult. She was separated from her siblings because she was the oldest, and they were all adopted. Sadly, Jayme aged out of foster care without finding a family. She is now a proud, loving mom of two kids, and has created a family with her husband that she never had.
