Amyra loves her books so much - they are like old friends. She has them all stacked up in her room, and would love a sturdy bookshelf to display her favorite titles. Having a dedicated space for reading is really important to Amyra, and this bookshelf will allow her to organize her books just how she wants them for easy access.
Amyra is 15 years old and lives in AZ
Amyra was in foster care multiple times before she moved to her last foster home at the age of two. She had been severely neglected, and had multiple failed kinship placements. Her foster, now adoptive, mother had spent time in foster care as a child and wanted to give back to the community by fostering herself. Amyra loves to sing and dance. She likes volleyball, reading and playing Minecraft or Roblox.
