The pandemic along with being in foster care was very disruptive to Dylan's education but it is clear that with the right support, Dylan can get right back on track. She loves school and wishes she could go every single day, even on the weekends! Dylan is an only child and is being raised by a single mom. She loves all animals and riding motor bikes.
Dylan has not been able to spend Halloween with her mother in two years so the two of them would love to have a special celebration! During their next visit, Dylan and her mom would have so much fun picking out her Halloween costume together. Then they can attend a special kids Halloween activity in their spooky costumes!
