Aurora has completed her Associate's degree, and is now looking for a job where she can use her degree. She is also hoping to go back to college and receive her Bachelor's degree, but she needs to have some savings built up first. She is in need of a gas card to help her get around to interviews. This will really help Aurora as she works to find her next great job.
Aurora is 27 years old and lives in WA
Aurora entered foster care at the age of 10, and aged out without finding a family. She did have a wonderful foster mom, Nancy, who showed her what it was like to have a family and a safe home. She didn't have a very stable educational experience, and changed schools often. Aurora is really proud that she recently completed her Associate's Degree, especially because school was always really difficult for her.
