A car seat cover for Julian's newborn to stay warm in the winter

Julian is a dedicated and loving father. He is not only a father to a one year old but recently became a father of two less than a month ago. He is doing immensely well adjusting to evenly sharing his love, attention and dedicated to both his kiddos. Julian is hesitant to take his newborn out in the cold weather and he struggles with finding a warm blanket that can cover his newborn without the blanket sliding off the car seat. Julian is kindly asking for a reliable car seat cover to use for his newborn so that he can feel safe taking him out during the cold weather.
Julian is 23 years old and lives in CA
Julian is an amazing young man who is currently working on obtaining his High School Diploma, working part time, and being a full time father to his newborn child. Julian has dealt with unfortunate obstacles as a younger child and dealt with being in the foster care system, and as he says “it was not always the easiest nor the friendliest of environments to be in, but it was better than where I was at before”. Despite the past, Julian is thankful and happy to have the opportunity to be given a second chance through transitional housing, because he can now work, complete school, and welcome his child while having a stable home. Julian does not ask for others for help, but he is very grateful when help is provided. Julian is a shy person, but once he is comfortable he will laugh and smile and brighten up the room with his jolliness and kind heart.
