Lucas is such an inquisitive boy. He is busy and enjoys exploring. He loves cars, blocks, singing, dancing, and books. He has a great personality. He prefers doing things on his own; he is very independent. Lucas can also be very affectionate. He loves giving hugs and blowing kisses to people he knows well. He brings so much light and joy. His name means "Bringer of Light," and it fits him perfectly. He is receiving support from Samaritas Child and Family Services.

Kio's aunt is requesting a memory book for Kio. At this time, it isn't clear whether Kio will remain in his aunt's care permanently. His aunt would like Kio to have this memory book to help piece together any confusion that may come up about his past when he is older. His aunt was in foster care too and she knows how it feels to have little information on your history. It can feel like something is missing and she doesn't want Kio to feel this way.
