Derik is a fun, energetic typical young boy. He has jumped around from foster care to kinship care and hasn't had a lot of consistency in his life, but he is always looking ahead and has a positive outlook on his future. He is working on graduating high school and is planning on attending a trade school. Derik enjoys working with his hands and hopes to find a well paying job once he completes his certifications. He enjoys hanging out with his friends and is always trying new activities to keep himself focused and on track.

Alex is a fun, active young man, he enjoys hanging out with his friends but also has a shy side. Often times you will see him walking just listening to music or riding his skateboard. He is currently living with his foster family and is getting ready to graduate high school, he is not 100% sure what his next step is, but he knows getting a job is high on the list. He is eager to find a place of his own and start working on his future goals. He doesn't have much money to speak of as he is just finishing high school but his true passion is music and for Christmas he would love a good headset that is clear and dependable. His old one recently broke so he has to listen to his phone which is hard to do as well as districting to others.
