Lara is a bright and talented young woman who loves art, singing and performing. She jumps at any chance to express her creativity, and enjoys working with younger children who share this passion. After years in foster care, young adulthood has presented many challenges, but she is working toward independence and self-sufficiency.

Lara would like to prepare a special holiday meal to celebrate her daughter’s first Christmas. She has been missing the ability to gather with her relatives during the pandemic, but would savor the chance to at least make Christmas a real celebration with her immediate family this year.
