Naveah is so excited for her winter break to start because she will be going on her first ski trip with her new resource family. She has never been skiing before but is super excited to learn how. Her resource family gave her a pair of skis as an early Christmas present and then told her about the trip that they have booked. Naveah would like an Amazon gift card in order to purchase some snow clothes and accessories like fuzzy socks, ski googles, and a hat that she can use on her trip.
Navaeh is 17 years old and lives in NJ
Navaeh is trying to make the best of living in a group home. She is very smart and excels at math and science. She loves to read and loves playing cards with her peers at the group home. Navaeh misses living with her family and hopes to be able to be reunited with her father soon. Naveah is residing in a group home now with 5 other girls around her age. She has recently come out of her shell more now that she has made more friends in the group home. Navaeh loves playing games with the other girls in the house and also loves to be outside. During the colder months, Naveah and the other girls in the group home would have "Game night" every Friday.
