Jayme is always putting her children first, and makes sure they their needs are met. With the cold winter now in full swing in Michigan, Jayme really needs a winter coat and boots that fit her well and will keep her warm throughout the winter.
Jayme is 39 years old and lives in MI
Jayme's time in foster care was very difficult. She was separated from her siblings because she was the oldest, and they were all adopted. Sadly, Jayme aged out of foster care without finding a family. She is now a proud, loving mom of two kids, and has created a family with her husband that she never had.
