One Simple WishEach year more than 500,000 kids in the United States spend time in the foster care system due to abuse, neglect and trauma that no child should ever have to endure. But these children are just like every child - with dreams, hopes and wishes that they'd love to see come true!
Last Spring, One Simple Wish launched its first ever Scholarship Program. We were so excited to award over $130,000 to over 45 recipients. We are preparing for Spring 2022's applicants and hope to double our awards! Granting this wish brings us one step closer to our goal.

"I am making this donation in honor of my niece who recently graduated with honors with her Associate's degree and is now at a four year college. She was adopted from another country as an older teenager and worked very hard (and still does!) to overcome many obstacles. I am very proud of her. Like my niece, you can do this! Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need to. Lots of people will be in your corner and lots of people will be very proud of you. And don't forget to have fun, too!"
