Ziare is such a special boy who has made so much progress in his first few years. His birthday is always a great celebration, and this year he will be so excited to open this Lego Duplo set that is a fun train that will help Ziare with counting.
Ziare is 5 years old and lives in OH
Zaire has some delays since he was born prenatally exposed to substances. He is in a foster placement who hopes to adopt him. He loves to be held and snuggled and rocked to sleep.
