Emergency Food for Nadyia who is awaiting food stamps

At the moment, Nadyia is having a food emergency and isn't able to buy groceries. She is applying for food stamps but has to wait awhile for her case to be accepted . Her hours at work are not always consistent and even though she's great at budgeting, she couldn't quite make ends meet this month. She would sincerely appreciate help with her groceries this month to help her bridge the gap.
Nadyia is 24 years old and lives in NY
Nadyia is a remarkable young woman who recently graduated from college with a degree in English. She has been working hard as a tutor, teacher and after-school provider and is making an independent life for herself for her first year out of foster care. She works part-time as a tutor and after-school care provider and hopes one day to be a teacher herself!
