Lilly is a vivacious energetic young girl who is much younger than her stated age. Lilly functions at the level of a 7-year-old and finds joy in absolutely everything around her. Lilly loves going to school and spending time with her friends. Lilly is a social butterfly who believes in princesses and fairies. Lily's favorite colors are pink and purple and one day she wants to go to Disneyland.

Lily attends a private school due to her special needs. Lily wears uniforms every day and due to her rambunctious and energetic nature, she has put considerable wear and tear on all of her uniforms. Lilly's foster mom is replacing them as quickly as she can, but cannot afford to add any extra flair to the outfits. Lilly wants to stick out and look pretty like a princess. She would be so happy for some accessories to spice up her uniforms. Lilly has her eye on a number of accessories, like JOJO Bowes, striped tights, hair barrettes, a glitter backpack, bright pink and purple belts, and glittery Mary Janes.
