Eva really likes to have the special look for all holidays. She gets super excited for her school celebrations and designs art work for her special parties at home. This dress will be perfect for her March celebration of St. Patrick's Day!

Eva is a smart girl with a lot of energy. She has been struggling, even at her young age, to maintain placements due to some behaviors and medical needs but she has a lot of people who are advocating for her and helping her get her needs met.
