Matthew has recently aged out of foster care and would like to take a trip to Target to pick out some clothing for the spring. He is excited about what the future has in store for him. Having new, fresh clothes will be such a confidence boost for Matthew who is making his way in the world.

Matthew is one of a kind! He is so funny and loves to help others. He wants to travel and see the world. He has big plans for his future! Matthew plans on attending tech school to become an electrician and eventually open his own company.
