Eric is an amazing and resilient young man who knows how to advocate for his needs. Eric faced many obstacles during his up bringing but never allowed those barriers to get in his way of achieving his goals. Eric was enrolled into HVAC program but recently started feeling that he does not want to continue that career path. Eric has found himself confused about his career path. His ILS case manager enrolled time into an On Track program that can assist him with explore different trade programs and stable employment. At times has expressed being stress lately with no longer having a stable income.
