Declan and his brother are having a difficult time right now with a lot of hardship and changes in their home. The boys' father is the sole provider and is currently not in the home. The caretakers who have come in to the home to help care for the boys during this time are now trying to make up for their lost childhood and expose them to fun activities outside the house. Declan received a scooter for Christmas, but does not have a helmet or knee and elbow pads. The caretakers are requesting a Target gift card so Declan can pick out a helmet and knee pads that he likes and will wear to stay safe.
