Due to no fault of their own, Amirah and her sons are currently residing in a shelter. The home they once knew and loved was condemned due to negligence on the owner's behalf. This has flipped their world upside down. Amirah's sons are both autistic, which makes has made this transition extremely difficult. They are young and don't understand why they can't go home. Amirah is trying her hardest to help them understand as well as incorporate some normalcy into their lives. Due to the urgent fashion in which they had to vacate their home, a lot of their belongings were left behind including clothing. Amirah would be so appreciative to replace some essentials for herself as well as new warmer weather clothing for her sons.
