A New Dresser for Tyisha who just moved to a larger apartment

Posted Apr 1, 2022
Tyisha is thrilled to have moved into a larger apartment and is busy turning it into a home. While she is happy for more space, and giving her kids more space, she is in need of a new dresser for their clothing. This wish will really help Tyisha keep her kid's bedroom organized and tidy.

Tyisha is 30 years old and lives in NY

Tyisha aged out of foster care while pregnant with her son, resulting in her dropping out of college to attend to her newborn. When Tyisha's younger siblings, who had been adopted, began to run to her home complaining of their treatment, she took them in. The Court ultimately sided with Tyisha, and she now has full legal custody of two teenagers, in addition to her son. Tyisha always maintains employment, and works extremely hard to provide for her family. She is now in the process of resuming her education, as she understands that a degree/training can lead to a more stable financial future.

Lorraine grants the wish for Tyisha! Thanks Lorraine.

"Dear Tyisha, Congratulations on your new apt!! May your home always be filled with happiness and love. A sign of a true mother is one that puts her child's needs above her own. Your siblings and son are so blessed to have you to take care of them. I hope your new dresser helps to keep your apt organized, which can be challenging with kids. ;) Don't ever stop believing in yourself!! You are destined to succeed!! Sincerely, Lorraine"
