City Living NYAndrew is an upbeat, motivated young man who has been living in a homeless shelter for the past three years. He recently received an emergency housing voucher and is in the process of searching for his very first apartment. Next year, he will take classes to gain his High School Equivalency (HSE) and will complete an internship. His interests include gaming, politics, journalism and cooking.
Andrew has been living in a shelter for the past three years and since then, he has been wearing hand me down clothing given to him by other residents of the shelter. Andrew was very grateful to receive the clothing from his peers, but is in need of a refresh to his wardrobe! He would love to browse the aisles at Forever 21 and select his own clothing, something that he has not often had the privilege of doing, due to his fixed limited income and years spent in the foster care system.
