Ana was just recently diagnosed with diabetes after experiencing a variety of frightening symptoms. She's trying her best to learn more about the diagnosis and what she needs to do to keep her sugars regulated. A key component of all of it is diet. As Ana puts it, she can't just buy a pack of ramen any more. But with the cost of groceries these days, Ana could use some help adding in more healthy protein and vegetables.
Ana is 24 years old and lives in PA
Ana is a determined, smart and creative young adult. In the months leading up to turning 21, Ana worked two jobs while attending college. When COVID-19 lock-downs ended one of her positions, she immediately found another. Ana made certain that she would be financially prepared to age out of care and her housing program. She is equally determined to be successful in her career and plans to work with young adults like herself.
