He has had some medical challenges, but he has not allowed them to stop him from playing and enjoying life. Kahill loves ice cream and goldfish crackers. He misses his siblings, but has not allowed that to keep him sad. Kahill loves to receive and give great big hugs. He is in foster care.
Kahill has gained weight and has gotten taller since his last foster care placement. He is thriving in his new home, and could use some new summer clothes to play in. Kahill has started saying a few words and loves to be hugged and kissed. Kahill has started meeting his milestones in his new home.
