Emily has worked very hard to be accepted into college and has dreams of going to medical school one day. Emily comes from a single-parent home and the family struggles to make ends meet. Any support that could be given for college dorm room supplies, textbooks and school supplies would be greatly appreciated to help Emily achieve her dream of becoming a first-generation college graduate!
Emily is 20 years old and lives in NJ
Emily is a tremendous young lady who impresses all who know her. Emily is an extremely resilient person who has overcome much adversity in her young life. She has been impacted by homelessness, domestic violence in the home, deaths of a parent and grandparent, and mental health struggles. After working for years on her mental health and wellness, she is now excelling in high school and will be attending college in the fall. She has goals of going to medical school after that. Emily is an animal lover who loves her two cats and enjoys crocheting in her free time.
