Oliver is a very sociable and affectionate little boy. He has such a sweet personality and the most beautiful blue/green eyes. He is quite the charmer and gets his way often. Overall, Oliver is such a sweet and lovable boy.

Along with his older brother, Oliver entered care last week. Now that his foster mom has gotten to know Oliver better, she wants to get him outfits that are comfortable and tailored to him. Oliver will love anything that has cars or trucks on them, because he is always on the go!
