An Adoption Memento for Jazzy who found her forever family

Jazmin will be getting adopted by her current foster family on June 27th along with her siblings. The family loves Jazmin, and she is extremely bonded with them, and views them as her family. This adoption is a very exciting and happy time for Jazmin and the rest of the family. Jazmin will love to have something to remember her adoption date and something to show her new name, which she already loves to write and say her name is. This print with dates will be a reminder to her of this exciting event that happened in her life and a keepsake for her to hold on to as she gets older.
Jazmin is 7 years old and lives in OH
Jazmin is a fiery fearless girl, who is never afraid to explore her surroundings, and make sure you know how she feels. She is a tiny fashionista, who knows exactly what she would like to wear, and will make sure she wears what she wants (with intervention from the foster parents, when it comes to a skirt and flip flops in Winter). Jazmin is as loving and kind as she is fierce. She loves the foster family, and seeks them out whenever she needs comforting.
