Each year, more than 20,000 young people will age out of foster care. Each one, without continued supports or services, will be set out on their own after the system failed to reunite them with their families or place them in permanent homes. We want all individuals impacted by foster care to know we are still here and have created this fund to be a forever resource for each of them.
