She has applied to several places, but has found that with virtual interviews and phone calls, it is hard to connect with employers without a phone plan. Chelsea would love a gift card to purchase a phone plan and take steps towards her independence!

Chelsea is an incredibly resilient young woman. She has experienced a lot of loss and change throughout her life and recently moved to a group home. She enjoys socializing with friends and doing art projects. She has set a goal for herself to graduate from high school and go on to college.
