He has a smile that lights up a room and loves to watch his older brother and follow him around. He has been in foster care for a couple of years and is finally working toward permanency in his foster home.
David entered foster care a few months ago, and recently moved in with a cousin who is hoping to keep him with family. She doesn't have her own kids, so is starting fresh with getting her apartment together to be suitable for young children. These essentials will help them get started on making it a comfortable new home for David.
