Tyler is a happy, energetic and super smart kid. Tyler was just recently reunified with his mother, Lisa Arnold, and is still adjusting to the newness of being back home with his mother. Tyler does well in school, has lots of friends and is seen as a role model to others in his class. Lisa lives in a one bedroom apartment where she and Tyler share a room. Tyler loves Pokemon cards and catching Pokemon with other friends.

Tyler is a growing boy and wishes that he had his own room and privacy, but right now Lisa cannot afford to move into a two bedroom apartment. Tyler had his own room while in foster care so Lisa feels bad that she cannot provide him with his own room. Tyler and Lisa both came up with the idea of a room divider until Lisa is able to afford to move into a larger apartment.
