A Trip to Knotts Berry Farm for Jake to reunite with his siblings

Jake is part of a large sibling set of five. With all of them spread out over various foster homes, his caseworker has worked hard to find a place they can all reunite for a day of fun. The siblings all picked Knotts Berry Farm. Jake is so excited to have an adventure at this super fun amusement park, making life-long memories with his siblings.
Jake is 14 years old and lives in CA
Jake is an adorable child. He tries his best even when he is not able to complete a desired goal. Currently, he loves school despite the challenges to grasp basic concepts such as counting and beginning sounds of the letters.
