Raise The FutureIreal is an amazing young lady who is currently living in a foster home without her three siblings. Though she has experienced great hardship before and throughout her time in foster care, Ireal remains hopeful of finding her forever family. She enjoys art, watching movies, shopping, and talking on the phone with her twin brother. Ireal is headstrong with a tender heart.
Being a youth of color in foster care, Ireal has been placed in many homes that did not understand how to properly care for, or teach her, how to care for her hair. She is now placed in a home that wants to help her and is working to restore her hair from the years it was left uncared for. Her foster mom wants to take her to get braids which Ireal has been wanting for a long time. As her hair is something she has been very self-conscious about, beautiful braids and learning how to care for her hair will certainly boost her confidence and cause her to feel seen, understood, and loved.
