A Specialized Summer Program for Poppy who needs specific therapies

Poppy attends a therapy program that provides a summer day camp. In order to maintain her therapeutic care, her foster moms would like to keep her in the program for the summer. She has been thriving in this specialized autism therapy program, and her care team has determined she will greatly benefit for continued services.
Poppy is 5 years old and lives in NJ
While Poppy may be diagnosed as severely autistic, her spirit is strong. Her foster moms have provided her and her two sisters with so much love and stability and she is making amazing progress. Poppy loves to climb, be outdoors and explore noises she hears in nature. Poppy attends a therapy school every day who love her so much and she loves them.
