The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter will be attending a new school this year. Last year, he wore uniforms. This school year, he gets to wear regular clothes. He would like gift card to Old Navy to buy a weeks worth of new clothing to start off the school year. He can't wait to have clothes that fit him and his style.
