Anna is an incredibly bright, compassionate, and engaged student. She has completed 3 full years of college and was doing very well until a car accident introduced major costs and she fell behind on her rent. With her credit cards maxed out and her little sister still in her care, Anna is behind on her rent. She cannot move to a less expensive place because of her lease and the fact that - in addition to her sister who lives with her full-time - her other 2 younger siblings who are in foster care typically spend weekends with her. She is SO CLOSE to completing her bachelor's degree, but she is also at high risk for dropping out as she is working more than full-time to try to catch up on her bills. Help covering her rent will be critical to Anna's ability to keep a roof over her family's head and earn the all important college degree for which she has sacrificed so much! By helping Anna, this wish is helping to lift an entire family of foster youth towards a better life.
