Jayme's father-in-law has terminal cancer, and has moved in with her and her family so they can care for him full-time. Jayme is under tremendous stress trying to work, care for her children, and care for her father-in-law on a daily basis. Given her husband's work schedule, Jayme is primarily responsible for taking him back and forth for treatments and medical appointments. This support for their August housing costs would be a life-line for her. Jayme didn't grow up with a stable family, and she is trying so hard to provide that not only for her immediate family, but for her extended family as well.
