VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyAvril is a happy, loving and talkative girl. She loves to play on her tablet and watch her favorite shoe "Peppa Pig". Avril is currently living in a foster home with her two foster parents who she adores. She loves to take the puppy in the yard for a walk and loves to help take care of him. Avril has not allowed her traumatic experiences to hinder her from being excited, happy, and full of life.
Avril has had a great summer and will be attending day care in the fall. She loves playing outdoors and sometimes will cry when she can't go outdoors. Avril has grown over the summer and a new winter coat would be great to start day care in.
