He wants to sign up to be on a team to help him improve his skills. Being a part of a team will also help Carter's behavior. He will be so happy to be on a basketball team. With this wish he will be able to sign up for the team, and continue to grow as an athlete.

Carter came into care with his mother at the age of 1 year old. Unfortunately, when she turned 18 years old, she decided to leave him in his foster placement and move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy. He loves to laugh and make others laugh as well. He likes to watch sports on tv, especially football. His favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy and leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
