Rachel has a lot of fun with the process of picking out some special items for her new room at her aunt's house. This move has been a transition for her since she didn't ever know her aunt before. But they are bonding and finding ways to all feel comfortable with the new family arrangement. Rachel loves this pillow so she can relax in her room, laying on it or snuggling it at night. And it will go perfectly with her new flowered bedding!
Rachel is 11 years old and lives in OH
Rachel has a strength and confidence that has served her well in her life. She has been able to advocate for herself and her sister so that they could be safe and cared for, and tries hard to also advocate for other kids at school who might be bullied or in need of help. She enjoys music and dancing and hopes to be able to take a dance class someday.
