Autumn has had a growth spurt, and because she is in a specialized wheelchair most of the time, she is in need of some new clothes that are easy for her mother and grandmother to put on and take off of her. A gift card to Old Navy would allow them to get the items they need for her.
Autumn is 11 years old and lives in NJ
Autumn is a curious young girl. She is disabled and responds as though she is much younger than her chronological age. She attends a specialized school and also receives supportive therapies to help her. She loves music and will sway along anytime she hears it.
