Autumn attends a specialized school to support her unique needs. Her school requires her to bring in some supplies for herself and the classroom, and she's happy to contribute! A gift card to Target would allow her mom and grandmother to get the items that she needs.
Autumn is 11 years old and lives in NJ
Autumn is a curious young girl. She is disabled and responds as though she is much younger than her chronological age. She attends a specialized school and also receives supportive therapies to help her. She loves music and will sway along anytime she hears it.
