Lucas is such an inquisitive boy. He is busy and enjoys exploring. He loves cars, blocks, singing, dancing, and books. He has a great personality. He prefers doing things on his own; he is very independent. Lucas can also be very affectionate. He loves giving hugs and blowing kisses to people he knows well. He brings so much light and joy. His name means "Bringer of Light," and it fits him perfectly. He is receiving support from Samaritas Child and Family Services.

Kio is turning one next month and he will be having a birthday party in a few weeks. There will be decorations, lots of food, games, and fun. It will be a great day to celebrate Kio! Kio has been in care since he was a few days old and there is a trial set for the middle of September. No one knows what the outcome will be so his current placement wants to ensure that he has an extra special first birthday party and rally everyone in his life to celebrate him. He is such a joy and he is so so loved. Even though he may not remember his first birthday, it will be a day to love on him and receive gifts that will go wherever he goes and help give him a start into toddlerhood.
