Jakarr is going to be staying at his current placement for a really long time. He loves it there ,but he misses some family members. Jakarr has an Aunt that has been in his life, but lives too far away to see him a lot. He also has a sister who is in a medically assisted facility. He would like this interactive picture frame so he and his family members can send pictures to it to share memories with each other.
