Melissa is looking forward to going back to school in a few weeks. She was hoping to go on a shopping spree to her favorite store TJ Maxx with her foster mom. They really both enjoy shopping together. She would like to pick up a few things she can wear in the new school year. Melissa and her friends love to show off their new outfits to each other!
Melissa is 17 years old and lives in NJ
Melissa is an exuberant girl who loves to dance, sing, cheer and color. She has been in foster care since June, 2016. Melissa wants to be a dancer and a teacher when she grows up. She plays the flute and loves going to school to be with her friends. Recently, her mother passed away and she is hopeful that her current foster home will become her permanent home.
