A Scooter for Johnny who is scheduled for foot surgery

Johnny is having foot surgery on September 28th and needs a scooter to get around. Johnny doesn't really like his wheelchair and can ambulate on his own, however, because of the foot surgery, he won’t be able to walk on his foot. The wheelchair is also too big to fit around the home. The knee scooter will be perfect to give Johnny some freedom of movement throughout his house and in the community.
Johnny is 23 years old and lives in NJ
Johnny is an amazing young man who has been through a lot in his life. He is always happy and doesn’t ask for anything. He is nonverbal and has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Johnny is sweet and will wave at whoever says hello to him. He is also very persistent!
