A Greater HopeRafael is a very sweet child who loves to have fun. Unfortunately he has been moving from home to home and has not had an established placement in some time. Rafael has endured an abundance of trauma from his parents abandoning him and as a result he is not on track developmentally with other kids his age. Rafael is relieved to finally be in a foster home that is providing him with love, nurture, and affection. He hopes he can thrive in this new environment.
Rafael is receiving intensive services to help with all of his past trauma and is seeing about 12 professionals a week to help him alleviate his trauma. Rafael needs a break daily to have some fun, and the way to get a break will be by getting a Nintendo Switch. He is excited to be able to just relax and play video games just like any other kid.
