A Pediatric Wheel Chair for Nicole who has Spina Bifida

Nicole recently had surgeries to correct her feet and is now in braces. Due to the surgeries and her disability, it is extremely difficult for Nicole to walk long distances. She is in need of a pediatric wheelchair so mom can get her back and forth to doctors appointments. She has outgrown the one she currently has and the family cannot afford a new one at this time. This wish will allow Nicole to comfortably and safely get around.
Nicole is 9 years old and lives in NJ
Nicole is a lively little girl who loves to play with dolls and games. She goes to school and is always eager to learn. She was born with Spina Bifida and has overcome a lot of obstacles including four open heart surgeries and a shunt placed in her head.
